About Me
I am the founder of Evolve Counseling in Seattle, and I have been working in the private practice setting for more than 12 years. I also have experience working in inpatient, outpatient, partial hospitalization, and community mental health settings. During that time, I gained a breadth and depth of experience that continues to inform my practice to this day.
I have extensive training and experience in DBT, CBT, Trauma Informed Care, PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy), and Internal Family Systems Therapy.
I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I work with individuals, families, and couples. My approach to the work we do together is eclectic and tailored to the needs of each individual client.
I was born and raised in the Northeast and migrated west in the 1990s to pursue a career in the arts. I spent 10 rewarding and challenging years working as a manager and producer of professional theatre in Seattle before pursuing my Masters Degree in Systems Counseling.
